Our cleanse packages consist of six, 500 ml drinks per day. Each healthy, nutrient-dense organic pressed juice is made via our hydraulic press process, bottled immediately, and delivered to your door.
Each drink in your cleanse package is clearly labeled in the order you should drink it, starting with drink #1 first thing in the morning, and ending with drink #6 at least two hours before you go to bed.
Most of our customers find it works best to drink their juices two to three hours apart, but listen to your body – it will tell you what it needs.
Each juice is created to replace solid food and snacks, and you should avoid alcohol, energy drinks, caffeine and nicotine while cleansing.
Along with six variations of premium juice, you may supplement your cleanse by adding two water drinks: one with coconut water and the other with aloe vera. The coconut water is mild in flavor and great for added hydration in between your juices.
The aloe vera water should be the last drink of your day, after the almond milk. It acts as a mild colon cleanser, aiding in eliminating and detoxing.
To get the best results during your Organic Press Cleanse, we recommend that for at least 3 days prior, you should increase you hydration routine and drink plenty of water.
